Ryan David Jahn is the author of seven novels. They include Acts of Violence, which won the Crime Writers' Association John Creasey dagger; The Dispatcher, which is currently being developed for television by a major streamer; and The Last Tomorrow. He also wrote the short story, "All This Distant Beauty," which was selected for inclusion in the prestigious The Best American Mystery Stories anthology for 2020. His film, The Bad Shepherd, will be released in February 2024 by Saban Films. He lives in Louisville, Kentucky, with his wife, two daughters, and several animals that bark, hiss, and oink.
